  1. Yes, indeed. So true. And I think this raises a crucial point. Children are naturally in touch with the “ground of their being.” That sense of present awareness and innate understanding of their bodies, minds and souls as ultimate sources of liberation in and of themselves. When we lose that as adults, the running begins. Excessive work, TV, social media, drugs, alcohol, external fantasy projections etc. When we can reconnect with what we understood intuitively as children: that the universe expresses it living intelligence directly through and by us, then the running stops. After all, if you realize yourself as a co-creative part of everything and everything as a multi-dimensionally embedded part of you, then where is there to run!
