The gazelle and The lion

“Every morning in Africa, a gazelle wakes up, it knows it must outrun the fastest lion or it will be killed. Every morning in Africa, a lion wakes up. It knows it must run faster than the slowest gazelle, or it will starve. It doesn’t matter whether you’re the lion or a gazelle-when the sun comes up, you’d better be running.”
― Christopher McDougall, Born to Run: A Hidden Tribe, Superathletes, and the Greatest Race the World Has Never Seen

  1. Absolutely amazing life you live, my friend! I am a believer that Life moves us many times in ways we do not see meaning for until some future time when things become clearer. Your daughter must love that story!

  2. I’m currently in Spain since a month back ,overlooking the city and the ocean (that gave inspiration to my post yesterday) . Just like Casablanca a few weeks ago I didn’t expected to be here , this was a part of a plan E .Most things in my life has been like that .. 13 years ago I was planning a vacation to Canada but 5 hours later and an inspirational conversation with the travel agent that happened to be Mexican I was in Mexico City on my way to Acapulco with a lonely planet guide in my hand and a strong feeling that I needed to be there … the result of that I’m celebrating today with my oldest daughter Dionne Tocclo turning 13.

  3. Love that you constantly challenge my mind with fantastic quotes and your own words and pictures, my friend. Recently took a look at your music site. Very impressed! Looks to me like you have some outstanding young talent there in Sweden ready to ‘drop it like it’s hot’ all over the world! Looking forward to hearing more…
